Beginning as an RF Engineer, he developed a strong foundation in wireless network design, optimization, and performance. Transitioning into roles as a Regional Project Manager and later Operations Manager, Surren Maraj successfully led large-scale deployments, streamlined operations, and built high-performing teams that delivered mission-critical connectivity solutions.

Today, as Founder of Code Ready Communications, Surren Maraj focuses on advancing Cellular Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and Public Safety DAS solutions. Combining technical expertise with a proven track record in project execution, he ensures that both commercial and public safety networks deliver reliable, life-saving communication inside complex buildings and facilities.

Throughout his career, Surren Maraj has been recognized for driving innovation, fostering strong client relationships, and leading teams with integrity and vision.
